The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly memorable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate air conditioner in each room to keep us cool during the warm weather. We also had access to the aqua park, which was a great bonus. The hotel also offered free parking, which was incredibly convenient for us.

Our room had an own balcony. The a sauna had everything you need.

New Year's Eve was fun and lively with a good crowd to party with. The skiing nearby was decent despite the lack of heavy snow. The local town was quaint and had a nice atmosphere with lots of little shops.

The hotel rooms were shabby and in need of updating. The cleanliness left something to be desired as we found some hairs on the bed and in the bathroom.

Great breakfast selection. Lovely beach bar. Fabulous outdoor pools. Friendly and helpful staff. Good WiFi with multiple usernames. Excellent spa and wellness facilities. Beautiful lakeside stroll. Plenty of hiking and cycling paths nearby.

Location of the hotel was in a peaceful spot, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the staff was friendly and greeted us warmly. the hotel had a pool with warm water and relaxation areas with comfortable seating.

The food was bland, cold, and served in small portions. the rooms were musty, and the bedding smelled like it had not been washed in weeks.
